Hello, I'm Stephanie! I’m the founder of The Me Verdict, where I help women reconnect with themselves and walk barefoot toward a life that feels like home.

For years, I lost myself in toxic relationships, people-pleasing, and the quiet ache of never feeling quite enough. My healing began when I finally chose to come back to my own soul—to rediscover the parts of me I’d hidden away to keep the peace.

Through coaching, soulful tools, and gentle guidance, I’m here to walk beside you as you release what no longer fits, reclaim your worth, and create a life that feels deeply yours.
