Hi, I'm Stephanie!

I'm a women’s empowerment coach whose passion for helping women reclaim their lives comes from my own journey through life’s toughest challenges and most profound transformations. I’ve walked the road of heartbreak, resilience, and renewal. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed and stretched thin, and I also know the strength it takes to rise from that place and build a life of confidence, self-love, and purpose.

My lived experiences inspired me to become a Certified Life Coach and Health Coach through the Health Coach Institute, and I’m currently completing my Positive Psychology Coach certification with the Efficient Coach. With over 25 years of experience as a marketing and business professional, I combine strategic thinking, practical tools, and a deeply empathetic approach to guide women on their journeys from pain to empowerment.

I'm here to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to prioritize yourself. Through my coaching programs, I’ll walk with you step-by-step as you reconnect with your true self, reclaim your worth, and confidently create the life you deserve.
